Anita previously worked at the Ministry of the Environment where she gained practical knowledge and vast experience concerning issues related to the Geological and Mining Law. She was also responsible for the legislative process concerning the amendment of the Geological and Mining Law in respect of hydrocarbons. She is experienced in administrative procedures concerning concessions for prospecting, exploration, or exploitation of mineral deposits, with particular emphasis on energy minerals. She also provides legal advice in the area of mining ownership of the State Treasury, agreements establishing mining usufruct, geological information and environmental decisions.
