Anna has advised during numerous projects related to prospecting for, exploration and exploitation of natural resources in Poland. She supports operators in processes connected with environmental impact of projects, including permitting and environmental approvals. She also advises mining sector companies with regard to public procurement issues. She supports international mining groups in the area of geological concessions, environmental law and environmental decisions.

- Anna represents clients in competitive concession proceedings and in the tender procedure concerning the establishment of mining usufruct
- She has supported the development of a biogas plant, which included obtaining of all required permits along with the implementation of public procurement procedure for the selection of a general contractor for the biogas plant;
- She provides comprehensive advice related to access to geological information, which has resulted in the execution of a number of agreements on the use of geological information – with the Ministry of Treasury and with third parties,
- Anna also provides legal advice to international mining groups in the area of environmental protection and environmental decisions.
