Piotr specializes in legal counselling for energy companies and mining operators with respect to every area of their activities. He represents the above entities, among others, in concession, environmental and investment proceedings, JV and M&A transactions. He supported leading mining industry players in competitive concession proceedings concerning the majority of minerals found in Poland: hydrocarbons, metals, hard coal, lignite, potassium and dolomites. Piotr is a member and co-founder of the Polish Association of Mining Industries Employers at the Lewiatan Confederation, and advised the organization during the legislative process concerning hydrocarbons and the Geological and Mining Law.
