The conference entitled “Geological and Mining Law” was held on 13 and 14 January 2015 in the Warsaw Bristol hotel. The event gathered over 90 representatives of companies operating in mining industry.
Over the two days, several experts discussed the practical aspects of changes which are being introduced to the Geological and Mining Law. The group of speakers included, among others, Daniel Kawczyński – a Member of the British Parliament and a special advisor to the British Prime Minister, Professor Andrzej Kraszewski – former Minister of the Environment, Dr Henryk Jezierski – former Undersecretary of State and Chief National Geologist and Piotr Woźniak – former Minister of Economy and Chief National Geologist, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of the Environment.
